From the raw water intake on the Ouachita River to a raw water storage reservoir, a state-of-the-art treatment plant in Saline County will process the water and ensure it meets the highest standards and aligns with State and Federal Drinking Water Regulations before being distributed to each entity's individual system.

The Easement Acquisition Committee is essential to making the Saline Regional Public Water Authority’s vision a reality. Our job is to secure the legal permissions, called easements, needed to build and maintain the infrastructure for this groundbreaking project.
We work closely with property owners to ensure the process is fair, transparent, and respectful. By acquiring the necessary easements, we enable the construction of critical waterlines and systems that will improve resilience and reliability across our region.
